3. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with our pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policy at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, features, and functionality on the Six Cents website are owned by Six Cents and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Work created for clients as part of a service agreement becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless specified otherwise in a separate contract.

5. Client Content

You retain ownership of all materials you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing services to you.

You represent that you have the legal right to use and share this content and that its use does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Data Processing & Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for clients in the European Economic Area (EEA).

You acknowledge and agree that we may process personal data in order to fulfill our service obligations, and you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents and lawful bases under GDPR or other applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six Cents and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Errors or inaccuracies in content
Personal injury or property damage resulting from use of services
Unauthorized access to or use of servers and data
Transmission interruptions, viruses, or other harmful code
Losses resulting from use of content or services
